Please respect the tranquility of spa guests. Keep your voice down. Turn off all cellphones and devices prior to entering the spa. All children under the age of 17 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
New patients will need to complete the secure MyPatientNOW registration portal prior to their first appointment. If you are unable to, please arrive at least 15-20 min early to complete all intake forms.
To confirm your desired appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. We charge a non-refundable $100 consultation fee for a surgical evaluation, which can be applied toward surgery. For BioTE/LowT evaluations, the consultation fee is $150 plus the cost of labs. $75 can be applied towards treatment. In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours, consultation fees will be forfeited.
Payment for all individual treatments are due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment. We do not offer financing or payment plans.

All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credits issued for any services. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express; we do not accept checks.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours, a $50 fee and will be charged to the card on file. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our rescheduling/cancellation policy.
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. We have the right to reschedule your appointment to give you the quality treatment and to respect other patients’ scheduled appointments.
Patients who have prepaid for package deals who are no-shows or have late cancellations for their scheduled appointments will automatically be deducted the cancellation fee from the package balance and must pay the balance in order to continue treatment.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
Weight loss injection packages must be used within 3 months.
All other service packages and pre-paid treatments (except Laser Hair Removal) must be used within 6 months of date of purchase or they will expire. Laser Hair Removal must be used within 18 months of date of purchase or they will expire.
We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, email address. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
