If you want to lose up to 10 pounds in just 14 days, we can help. Our 10-14 plan involves replacing your diet with 4 to 5 high-protein meal replacement drinks and a 100-200 calorie dinner. You’ll be fasting, consuming just 500 and 700 calories per day. Light exercise helps you burn another 100 calories and speed you along to weight loss.
