Who can be a patient of Silhouette Aesthetics?

Anyone who is in the states of California, 18 years of age or older, and can demonstrate the need for treatment during the medical consultation

What states do you service for Telemedicine?

We currently offer telemedicine services only in California.

What is the process for getting a prescription? Can I obtain one from any state?

If your treatment plan includes a prescription, it will be delivered to the shipping address you provided in discreet packaging in a few days once your provider completes your evaluation. If you are not located in our service areas, the order will be refunded and no prescription will be provided.

Do I need a Prescription for weightloss medications?

Yes, a prescription is required to purchase or subscribe to our weight loss services. Our products contain active ingredients that necessitate a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. You can either provide a prescription from your doctor or use our service to connect with a medical provider who will review your information and determine if a prescription is appropriate for your treatment. Is it safe and effective to receive an online prescription?

Yes. Our doctors and pharmacy are licensed and follow federal regulations on Prescriptions and medications. It is also very effective because it can save a considerable amount of time and reduce contact by not having to go in person.

We exclusively use FDA-approved prescription medications or compounds from FDA-licensed facilities.

Do I need to see a healthcare professional in person to use your treatments?

No, you do not need to see a healthcare professional in person. First, you will complete an online questionnaire to provide information about your symptoms and medical history. We will then match you with a licensed provider who will review your information and evaluate your treatment options. Your provider may follow up with additional questions, which you can respond to through our secure online telehealth platform. If your treatment plan includes a prescription, it will be delivered to the shipping address you provided in discreet packaging within a few days after your provider completes the evaluation. If your service address is outside our service area, we will be unable to provide a prescription, and you will be refunded for the cost of the medication.

Graduated from the Cinta Aveda institute in 2012 as an Esthetician. She then became a Brow expert working with Benefit Cosmetics, and has a background in makeup Artistry working with MAC cosmetics. Her true passion was never makeup but skin. She loves sharing her skin knowledge and will help guide you towards your skin goals. Loves chemical peels and is obsessed with skin care!

MARIAH

Medical Assistant

Mariah has been in the medical field for 6 years as a medical assistant and esthetician. She has a background in dermatology and enjoys helping people feel their best. She highly enjoys assisting for weight management and helping patients reach their weight loss goals. In her free time, she enjoys bowling, anything outdoors, and adventuring to new places.

Practice Manager

Jenny has over 10 years of industry management experience. She’s passionate about skin care, preventing premature aging, and adding value to the customer experience. Beyond managing Medical Aesthetic practices, Jenny is also a California Board-Certified Aesthetician and is an avid student of burgeoning technologies and products to produce the best results. This knowledge, combined with her expertise in management, uniquely equips Jenny to provide the best possible experience for Silhouette customers from beginning to end. Jenny has lived in the Bay Area with her family for more than 20 years. She enjoys traveling, home improvement projects, and spending time with her husband and two boys.

ADRIENNE

Patient Care Coordinator

Adrienne has been with Silhouette since 2019. She is usually the first face you see when you walk in. She has a background in luxury sales, having worked for LVMH in the past and loves getting to know people from all paths of life. She also loves helping and guiding people throughout their Aesthetic journey starting at the front desk. In her free time Adrienne enjoys reading books from classical literature to fantasy novels and trips to Disneyland.

Her goal is to provide personalized and compassionate care to all her patients. Aman wants to make sure every patient feels their absolute best and confident in their skin.
