Weight Loss for Men & Women

Our diet program for women starts with understanding your health. First, we do extensive testing (blood work, EKG, urine analysis) and schedule a visit with our provider.

During the appointment, we’ll provide a personalized reduced-calorie diet and appetite suppressants (if appropriate). Together we will create a meal plan that’s personalized to you, your weight loss goals, and your taste. The work doesn’t stop when the diet program ends though—we’ll work with you to create an ongoing meal plan to help sustain your weight loss and keep you at your optimal weight.

Dr. Emma’s Diet (hCG)

This new treatment provides a medically effective way to lose weight. We use the pioneering work of Dr. Sheri Emma, who has been featured on The Dr. Oz Show to create a tailored plan that optimizes your health and weight loss. Taking regular doses of the hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) hormone, you’ll work with a clinician who will supervise your restricted-calorie diet. HCG is a natural hormone that appears to help the body sustain lean body mass while dieting. We’ll personalize the program based on your current weight, age, sex, and weight loss goals. Our clinician will walk you through self-administering hCG injections to make sure you’re comfortable with the process. 10-14 Rapid Weight Loss

If you want to lose up to 10 pounds in just 14 days, we can help. Our 10-14 plan involves replacing your diet with 4 to 5 high-protein meal replacement drinks and a 100-200 calorie dinner. You’ll be fasting, consuming just 500 and 700 calories per day. Light exercise helps you burn another 100 calories and speed you along to weight loss.
